The Royal Mail don’t seem to have a clue.
First they close Abingdon Street as a Crown Post Office. Then they close 3 more Post Offices in Blackpool North & Cleveleys. Then they re-open Abingdon Street as a collection point – presumably because WH Smith’s haven’t got the space – and now it looks as though that is going to be permanent.
I suppose the saving grace is that at least it means it won’t become yet another bar.
